Today's numbers may differ from Ministry of Health reporting due to different data reporting cut-off times. Cases are deemed:
- Active if ≤10 days since recorded; and
- Recovered if >10 days since recorded.
Did you know there's an isolation calculator to help you work out your isolation period?
Your isolation period begins on either the date you developed symptoms or the date you tested positive, whichever came first. You can find this, along with a bunch of other helpful resources, here: https://covid19.health.nz/advice/i-have-covid-19
Remember that if you still have symptoms when your isolation period finishes, you should stay home until 24 hours after they resolve.
