THE ORGANISATION

To fulfil our mission and meet our statutory objectives, the Board has two main functions:

• Planning and funding of services for the region
• Provision of health and disability services

The organisation has been structured into two main divisions to carry out these functions and the other organisational and Board support functions have been grouped together in a third division. This is shown in the following diagram:
